Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products

At Zaitonix, we sell digital products only. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Issues with Your Order

If you experience any issues downloading your digital product, receive the wrong file, or the file is defective or inaccessible, please contact us as soon as possible at zaitonix.wear@gmail.com.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, we may:

• Provide a new download link or replacement file.

• Offer technical support to resolve the issue.

• Provide another suitable solution if the problem cannot be resolved.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under applicable EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once the download or delivery has begun, provided that you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a digital product from Zaitonix, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of your purchase and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the contract once the download or delivery has started.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.

• You received the wrong digital product due to our error.

• The digital product cannot be delivered or accessed, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
