Digital Products

At Zaitonix, we sell digital products only. As a result, no physical items are shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be delivered electronically. Depending on the product, you will either receive:

• an instant download link on the order confirmation page;

• a download link via email; or

• access instructions sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

Most digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or technical processing.

If you have not received your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
